About the book

Exhausted and Sleepless by Lena Holfve provides tips, tricks, and techniques to get you the rest your body needs.
Exhaustion can and will deprive you of living your life to the fullest. A former exhaustion sufferer herself, Lena walks you through the exact steps needed to help you regain your health.
Holfve’s methods have helped thousands of people dating back to 2016, and she now runs a fatigue school to better educate people about ‘exhaustion syndrome’.
The book is broken into 2 sections; Part 1 is about getting you at your optimum as quickly and efficiently as possible.

It details exactly what you need to do to get better – it is simple, methodical, and straight to the point. The list of treatments is very much within the scope of the average person, incorporating recipes, music, and movement.

Part 2 is about the breakdown of the science behind the remedies and tactics of Part 1.

Preface

I have helped thousands of sick people out of brain fog and exhaustion since 2016 by using the same method that made me healthy.

It all started with an article about ‘Exhaustion’ that was shared online by tens of thousands of people. I understood that sufferers wanted to know more about how I got better.
I also wanted to see for myself if more people than I could really recover completely from “exhaustion syndrome”, which is why an action program was created. It quickly became apparent that the knowledge transfer worked, and a year later the sick asked to receive the first course as a book.

We have had conversations within my fatigue school about how the book should be designed. A gigantic majority asked me to write it as a simple instruction manual:

“Now you do this!”
I’ve had brain fog myself, and I understand the point. But as a writer, it invites me against writing to people on the nose about what to do. It had to be a compromise.

The first part is written as an instruction manual, you should use it until you are rid of all brain fog. It takes anywhere from a few weeks to months.

Once you have regained full reading ability, you can take on the second part, where you get the theory behind it.

What helped? Why does it help? How did you get out of the brain mist?

My Fatigue School Course 2, about sleep disorders, is included in this book and there is nothing to prevent you from not using both when you can read unhindered.

Welcome to perhaps the most important journey of your life.
